San Jose Piercy (formerly PCTEST).

Element San Jose (formerly PCTEST, founded 1989 by ex-FCC engineers) is an A2LA-accredited laboratory (Cert. 2041.02) performing EMC, SAR, HAC, OTA, and RF conformance testing for wireless and cellular devices. The lab features 3-meter semi-anechoic chambers for radiated and conducted emissions and is a preferred test house for major smartphone and electronics manufacturers worldwide. Testing covers FCC Parts 15/18, CISPR 11/32, EN 55032, ETSI standards, and OTA methods per CTIA, PTCRB, and carrier requirements.
