How it works
Three steps to set up. We review every lab before it’s active.
Find your lab
Open the link in your invitation, or search by name, website or location. Can’t find your lab? Tell us and we’ll add it. Sign in with your work email.
Confirm what you test
Your lab’s details are prefilled from public accreditation records. Correct them, add what you test, and choose whether to get opportunity previews.
We review, then you’re active
Our team checks your details before activation. Joining and previews are free. A $149 shared introduction is optional, only when a request fits. Once you’re active, customers can find your lab in the directory; ask us any time to remove it.
Customers find you by the test they need
Customers search the directory by test, compare accredited labs and pick up to three they’d prefer. When we send previews for a request, labs the customer picked come first.

Previews are free. Introductions are your choice.
When a reviewed request fits your lab, you see an anonymous preview. If you want it, buy a shared introduction for $149 and the customer’s contact details are released to you. Up to three lab organizations can buy each request. Buying doesn’t guarantee the work.

Is it free to join?
Yes. Joining, keeping a profile, receiving opportunity previews and passing on any of them cost nothing. No payment card is needed to join.
When do I pay?
Only when you choose to buy an introduction: $149 per lab organization. A card is asked then, and saving it is optional. There’s no subscription and no commission. Each purchase follows the introduction terms.
What’s in a preview?
A summary of a request we’ve reviewed. It leaves out who the customer is. Opening a preview or passing on it never charges you or shares contact details, and passing doesn’t affect future matches.
How many labs can buy the same request?
Up to three lab organizations. Every introduction is shared, and facilities under one parent organization count as one.
Does an introduction guarantee the work?
No. An introduction doesn’t guarantee a reply, a quote, work or a sale. The customer decides whether to work with your lab, and pays you directly for testing.
When do I get the customer’s contact details?
Once your payment for an introduction is confirmed. We then release the customer’s name, company, email, phone number if they gave one, and the request details to your lab account.
Will customers see my lab?
Only with your permission: joining lets us show your lab’s listing to customers, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. See the partner terms.
Can I pause previews?
Yes. Previews are optional. You choose whether to receive them, and you can pause or stop them at any time.
Who checks my lab?
Our team reviews every lab before it’s active. We check your details against public records and any evidence you share, and may ask you a question first.
