Information we use
AccrediSource processes laboratory directory information, RFQ contact and project details, uploaded supporting files, claim-verification information, purchase records, and limited attribution and usage events needed to operate and improve the service.
How information is shared
RFQ contact and project information is shared with selected accredited providers only after the requester authorizes that sharing. Payment details are processed by Stripe; AccrediSource does not store complete card information. Service providers including Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Stripe process information needed to provide the service.
Retention and requests
Records are retained while needed for fulfillment, security, disputes, accounting, and legitimate business operations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email ben@accredisource.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction-integrity purposes.
