Qualified lead purchase terms
Effective July 27, 2026. These terms explain what AccrediSource considers a qualified RFQ lead, what buyers receive, and when a refund is available.
Qualified lead standard
- The requester supplied a valid business identity and work email.
- The request describes a real testing or calibration need with enough scope for a laboratory to evaluate.
- Required standards, methods, timing, or equivalent technical context are provided when material.
- The requester authorized AccrediSource to share the request with selected accredited providers.
- The request is not spam, a vendor solicitation, a job inquiry, or a duplicate sold to the same buyer within 30 days.
Delivery and sharing
Purchased access is normally emailed within 5 minutes of a confirmed payment. Unless the offer is clearly marked exclusive with one buyer slot, a lead may be sold to the number of laboratory buyers displayed before checkout. AccrediSource aims to review new sourcing requests within 1 business day.
Invalid-lead refunds
Submit a refund request within 5 calendar days of purchase. A full refund is available when AccrediSource confirms one of these conditions:
- The requester identity or contact information is fabricated or materially invalid.
- The named requester states that they did not submit or authorize the request.
- The delivered scope materially differs from the preview shown before purchase.
- AccrediSource fails to provide the purchased full lead-access details.
- The same lead was previously purchased by the same buyer within 30 days.
A valid lead is not refundable merely because the requester does not respond, changes or cancels the project, selects another provider, or does not award the work. Email refund requests to ben@accredisource.com with the purchase email and reason.
